For nearly three decades, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, native Cary Leung has aided clients in working toward their financial goals. Prior to joining Sun Life, Cary Leung accepted a position as a financial advisor at Prudential Assurance Company Ltd. in Victoria, where he garnered Agent of the Year honors twice. Also named Rookie of the Year, he placed as the number three trainee in Canada. Subsequently, Cary Leung acted as an Advisor for The Mutual Group and Clarica Life Insurance. Sun Life Financial acquired Clarica Life Insurance in 2002. Before entering the financial advisory field, Leung worked in the trucking, hospitality, and beverage industries.
Cary Leung earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Victoria, where he played on the school’s intramural floor hockey championship team. A member of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada, Leung supports Habitat for Humanity and the United Way, and sponsors the Victoria Shamrocks Lacrosse Club. In his leisure time, Leung takes pleasure in fishing, golfing, and playing tennis. A devout Christian, he belongs to Awakening Church in Victoria.
